1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AngelPDF ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use AngelPDF.
2. Description of Service
AngelPDF provides AI-powered document processing tools including PDF conversion, compression, merging, splitting, OCR, translation, data extraction, e-signatures, and related services. Some features are available for free with usage limits, while others require a paid subscription.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AngelPDF to process illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our services. You may not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from AngelPDF beyond normal API usage. You are responsible for the content of all documents you process through our service.
5. Intellectual Property
AngelPDF and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AngelPDF and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your documents. We do not claim ownership of any content you process through our service.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
AngelPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Data deletion follows the timelines outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of AngelPDF after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.
